Today was the inaguration in America. After being told by most of my professors and our on site academic advisor to skip class to watch the inaguration, the girls from my group and I did just that. We went down to the King's Head pub where they had an inaguration party. It was so much fun. They had American flags up, red white and blue balloons everywhere, and American food, but it was very expensive. We watched the inaguration on the big screens in the pub, and it was so crowded. There was this one American girl there that was being so obnoxious we just wanted to slap her. So anyway, after the inaguration we were pretty hungry because we went straight from school to the pub and we didn't want to pay for their overpriced food. So we went to this place called McDonnagh's for fish and chips. It was pretty cheap and really good. That was the first time I ever had fish and chips, and I liked it.

Less importantly, it was my first day for two of my classes today. They were like regular class. So nothing much to report there. All in all, a pretty good day.
