Pictures

Ok, so after mass yesterday I walked all over Galway and Galway Bay and took way too many pictures. Also, I took videos of the weather that I will post probably in a second post. The weather has been crazy here lately, and it knocked our power out for awhile, and knocked the internet out for 2 days, which gave me ample opportunity to watch The Office. Something I never do. Ha. Anyway, here are my pictures. They are also hideously out of order.

This is the ruin and the bridge we walk across to school.
Looking back at the ruin and the river.

This is the on campus church. The Agape House of NUIG. Very pretty on the inside.

The Arts Millenium Building.

The weirdo sculpture outside the library.

The street from the quad to the Galway Cathedral.

View of the Cathedral across the river.

Under a little arch thing.

Mexican food in Galway. Will have to try it at some point.

A street downtown.

We are in the historic Claddagh area.

Down by the bay.

My favorite thing, the colorful houses along the bay.

More of the houses along the bay.

I would live here.

Right before I took this there were bazillions of birds flying around.

Swans are quite frightening.

A field by the bay.

Look at that raincloud. I walked out to the lighthouse out there.

Looking back across the field at the houses.

Looking back at Galway, with the Cathedral in the middle.

Zoomed in.

Houses on the other side, and a dog on the grass.

Other side of the bay.

I don't know...water and a town.

Rain cloud over the lighthouse.

Houses along the bay.

More houses.

It was starting to pour at this point.

The lamest picture I have ever taken. This was for you, Dad.

Color selection.

This swan was out for a vengance after I took this picture.

Red boat, red house.

Red door.

Green door, blue door, red door.

Green door.

Green boat, red house? How did I manage that?

Self explainitory.
